The World Cup is on and they offer no flexibility or don't extend hours, it's plain stupidity. It benefits these businesses who did it so tough through the Covid authoritarian lockdowns. Instead, they took them to the station for charges. Totally ridiculous and clueless.

This TPN article explains roughly where the legal entertainment zone is in Pattaya. An actual map would have been great but this is the best I can come up with without visiting City Hall myself...
