The US government is suing Arizona's governor over the construction of a makeshift barrier made of shipping containers at the US-Mexico border.

Governor Doug Ducey began building the barrier earlier this year, saying it was an attempt to "secure" the border.

But in its lawsuit, the government claimed Arizona was trespassing on federal lands.

How many more millions of the world’s destitute do we need?  How much more fentanyl do we need?  And how many more terrorists should we let in?  Democrats can’t answer these questions.

I bet many of them can.

Have you asked them all?

 not having the proper visa

What do you call using a Visa agent to skirt the rules and get the proper stamp in your passport?  Not totally "legal" in my mind, but never bring that up with someone who uses this method

No wonder so many US citizens hate the Democrats.

No wonder so many US citizens hate the Republicans as well.

BTW the current Republican governor has only a short time left before he is replaced by a Democrat.

The legal action comes three weeks before Governor Ducey's last day in office, when he will step aside for Democrat Katie Hobbs who has previously said she opposes the barrier.

Ms Hobbs is yet to decide on what to do with the containers. She has said that she is exploring all options, and warned that removing the containers may be costly.

The government is seeking a court order to stop the building of the barrier and to remove the shipping containers in Arizona's San Rafael Valley.

Oh I beg to differ the dems have been trying for years to get the republicans to the table to reform immigration but the republicans seem to value the theater of this mess to pander for votes now gov ducys actions are providing excellent cover and storage for the smugglers and coyotes with the added bonus of disrupting nature it’s expensive theater no more

Possibly the most notorious terrorism event in US history was 911. A wall would have made no difference.

Wiki - if you have a better source then cite it quotes:

"In 2018, most idelogically motivated murders in the United States of Americ were linked to right-wing extremism".

"As of 2020, right-wing extremist terrorism accounted for the majority of the terrorist attacks and plots in the US..."

How does your wall stop this? Your biggest issues lie within.

I used an agent and totally legit, but perhaps you are talking about people that use corrupt agents.

IMO stopping terrorists was never the motivation for the wall, but an added extra. IMO it was always about stopping people just walking into the USA without documentation.

BTW Israel seems to believe their wall stops terrorists. They certainly didn't build it to stop illegal immigrants.

You do no research at all and keep changing your narrative like the breeze.

Immigrants typically employ more people than locally born.  Just keeping it real.

Study: Immigrants in the U.S. are more likely to start firms, create jobs

Compared to native-born citizens, immigrants are more frequently involved in founding companies at all scales.
