Booked online Raja Ferry from Donsuk for car and passengers. Paid by my Visa Debit card than it transfered me back to rajaferryport web but no ticket. Eventually clicked forgot password and they gave me password it shows waiting on booking ? Do not understand what it is waiting for ? Try to contact them on line reply said if off the page paid customer must make new reservation old booking will be cancelled automatically. I did not make booking off the page it actually transfered me to take my visa card number etc but till now bank has not debited my account.

 

Can someone explain if I have made mistake or I should continue waiting overnight and booking will come through once they get paid. Also if someone can explain I drive to Donsuk can I get ferry ticket for car and passengers if not booked online ? Please full procedure from anyone who has done or travelled before will be helpful. Many thanks in advance. I need to travel on 24th and return on 26th December.
