Tuk Tuks
Thumbs down people are losers. 1 inch penis. Tourist tuk tuk revenue goes up and down based on seasons. Pattaya might be a hot spot year round but other towns are quiet. I have watched these guys from restaurants. Dinner time no revenue 2 hours. Ap car after ap car. Their revenue would be low outside 1st timers who dont know better. 1st timer numbers drop by 50 to 80% in low season. Their best bet is a temple tour 3 people share the cost. Do a few a day. That rarely happens now in CM. The aps are king. The estimates just above 100 baht a hour look right to me. -

Opening a Krungsri account for faster Wise transfers
Gotta say, this is what I do. Transfers from. Wise too my Bangkok Bank account now take 24hrs. They used to be instant but no problem, just remember to send 24hrs before you need it. In my opinion it's not worth the hassle of opening another bank account just for this minor irritation -

Accident CCTV Captures Moment Driver Runs Over Drunk Swedish Tourist’s Head Outside Pattaya Bar
I’d wager that most Thais would instinctively blame someone else first in any situation involving fault - and to be fair, the same tendency can often be observed in people generally. When it comes to pedestrian crossings, the law is unambiguously on the side of the pedestrian. Yet, we’ve seen far too many extreme cases in the news that suggest drivers see things otherwise. That said, I have noticed gradual improvement, particularly in Bangkok. Still, the quality of driver response remains inconsistent. In some parts of the city, drivers are more conscientious and will stop to let pedestrians cross. In others, crossings are all but ignored, and pedestrians are left to fend for themselves. This inconsistency extends nationwide, varying widely from one area to another. In truth, the fact that we’re even having this conversation underlines your point - it shouldn’t be necessary to debate whether basic road laws are respected. That said, I wonder if your observations might be somewhat intensified by the specific conditions in your local area. There’s definitely room for optimism - but it's also clear there's still a long way to go. -
