House Republicans are investigating the discovery of classified documents at President Joe Biden's home and office.

The inquiry comes as the White House faces questions over the timing of the files' disclosure.

The first tranche of documents was found in November, just ahead of the 2022 midterm election that gave Republicans control of the lower chamber of Congress.

This is a double edged sword. Investigating Biden will most likely result in poor housekeeping but an honest mistake on the part of a man slipping into dotage. Biden also complied fully with getting the documents back to the right stewards. On the other hand, the tangerine traffic cone of treason repeatedly obstructed the return of the documents he stole. This enables stiff punishment to be doled out. Careful what you wish for, Gym old boy!

Why did it take so long to inform the American people of what is now  bidens classified document scandal.

Discovered Nov 2 , by biden lawyers leaked to the news Jan 9th ! Subsequently there have been two additional discoveries of classified documents in another location.

During this time line  a very important Congressional election  took place in my country on Nov 8th.

The Controversial USAG (garland)has appointed another controversial Special Counsel ( Mr. Hur a republican and Trump appointee )to investigate crimes.

Is it not an unusual delay for predicating, launching and announcing an investigation, if we compare with Trump's case.

 

For Trump, the NARA notified the DOJ on 9 February 2022, and the investigation was disclosed on 7 April by Reuters. 2 months later.

For Biden the NARA notified the DOJ early November, and it came out in the news 2 months later, as you show.

 

Same same. 2 months after being notified by the NARA.

 

Actually not really same same as the NARA waited nearly one year before contacting the DOJ about Trump's document, and informed the DOJ a few days only after it got the information in the Biden case.

However, that’s a fact FOX will only sometimes dwell on.

It's been discussed several times already in this forum. 20 documents may get unnoticed, not tens of thousands documents. Only during the "raid", the FBI seized 11,000 documents.

 

About Obama, there's no evidence he took documents. Only Trump is claiming that. (BTW, who can reasonably trust what Trump says without checking it)

 

No double standards at all!

Biden's stupidity just gifted Trump with a totally dead in the water MAL case, not that there ever was one.
