Can an agent cancel a Visa over the phone.

Featured Replies

Hi

i stopped reading after the first page...

so you have non-ed visa extension. and your husband couldnt make it.

your real question is 'if the agency can cancel your visa' the answer is yes she can. dont know if its that easy as she can do the visa but yes she can cancel your visa. immigration has the power to extend your visa and cancel it.

i would suggest you to talk to her and tell her you will pay the money for your passport. get all passports. and get a proper visa or a reason to stay in thailand. stay away from agencies.

Agencies have helped a zillion farangs get out of visa trouble, so I think your last para is a bit off.....:cowboy:

Playing with fire if you are on a dodgy ED visa like this in the first place, she could cause you to have a lot of issues with future ED applications too. They could say you just never attended, never paid etc etc.
