Thursday received the early one but not the normal second one.

Friday none at all one arrived mid afternoon but none in the morning and none so far today.

 

Just me or is it a general issue?

Well received one 15 minutes ago. So has the newsletter moved to once a day only?

    I use to get the newsletter, but I haven't been receiving any since before Christmas.

    Since Thursday, I have only received 2 newsletters. I assume they have server problems again.

    Any info on this. Asean now not replying?

    Been a constant problem lately

    I received the twice daily newsletter until Wednesday 1 February and then once a day until last Friday 3 February - then nothing until Monday 6 February.  The appear to be coming only once daily now and not at weekends.  Is this correct? 

     

    I got nothing since 4th Feb.

    No response to this thread?

    I'm getting my newsletters again now but they seem to be erratic.  On some days I will get two newsletters, and on others, only one.

    Agreed. Unfortunately we don't know if this is meant to be the new "normal" or a glitch in the machine. 

     

    Is it dependent on the amount of news or........

    Whatever it is it would be nice to receive a definitive statement from the Asean Now team?

    Lucky you. Not received one today either.

    the last newsletter I got was on the 2nd of Feb. Mailed support team twice asking what's wrong and when to expect the problem to be solved, Guess what - no response.

    If they want to stop this service they should let us know but not answering any inquiries is definitely the wrong way.

    Very disappointed 

    Received one this morning.

    No idea if they are still sending 2 daily or not.

    Not going to change my life either way.
