xtrnuno41 Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 So as i understand now, A usufruct shouldnt be made while married. The wife can have it redrawn by court. It says agreement, however a lease or usufruct is a contract, or they see the lease or usufruct as an agreement in marriage. Weird though then, as i think they arent the same. That is the same as washing your car, is it work or not? At least you should have it before mariage or you dont marry at all. As the rules are about husband and wife. Otherwise you should have instead of a usufruct for live, a 30 year lease, in case a usufruct isnt possible out of marriage. It means you are screwed if you do in marriage and split up.
