Wife want to gift condo to me (how much to wire from abroad?)
Yes, I think as well, but when doing a last will at the local district my wife was told that her alien husband (me) can not inherit the condo. So I can, just need to bring in the amount the apartment is valued at by the land department. So thats fine to me. Anyone on how to get out the amount brought in from overseas back to where it came from? -

Checkered Shirt Brigade
Clothing is a way for people of higher classes to differentiate themselves from lower classes. Since there are so many locals of modest means here, I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around in an Armani suit. Dress "nice" ... you don't need ragged clothing ... but no need for designer clothing in Thailand. Unless you're in Bangkok working in a professional setting? Then yeah dress sharp. Just conduct yourself decent. It's more important than fancy clothes. -

Once again I disagree. Once Russia use a nuclear weapon, they'll have the world against them. Perhaps, yes perhaps even the great appeaser and Putin lover, Donald himself. Then the proverbial might really hit the fan.
