Screen suddenly 'went' black on my, otherwise, functioning Galaxy S5 mini

Featured Replies

As I can't see the buttons to press to unlock the, apparently, still functioning device does anyone know of any way I can easily access the stored information?

Is there a way of accessing WhatsApp web, usually accessed by using the linked devices procedure so that I a can access my contacts?

I've ordered a new phone but delivery isn't until Monday.

Investigated that but it's a very old unit.

Found some cheap second hand units on ebay so might buy and swap out.

In the interim I could do with accessing WhatsApp web..

Unfortunately if you plan to use social medias on your phone, one has to have a relatively recent model. But if it's just to make a call or receive phone calls, don't bother.
