Do I need notify Immigration of address change?

Changed condo after many years.

 

The condo owner will do a tm30 online march 1

 

Do I need report same to immigration as well? Immediately or 30 days later ok at 90 day?

You need to obtain screenshot of TM30 from owner and have it with you if you need to have dealings with immigration.
