A Thai woman has been rescued after she was allegedly attacked and detained by her Korean boyfriend in Pattaya.

The Banglamung Police was notified of the incident at 5:00 P.M. on Sunday (March 12th) at a condominium in Naklua.

Police, rescue teams, and the Pattaya News arrived at the condominium shortly after calls from a friend of the victim. Mr. SEUNG HAK CHEON, 40, a Korean national, and his Thai girlfriend Ms. A., (Name withheld due to being a suspected victim of alleged domestic violence) 27, were inside the room. Mr. Cheon refused to open the door for police or rescue workers. The room owner was contacted before rescue teams were given permission to break down the door.

An unidentified friend of Ms. A. who called police said she was unable to contact her friend for four days.

Koreans are among the smallest penis sizes in the world. This insecurity is probably why he wouldn’t let her out.

Put him on the next flight back to Korea, blacklisted for life.

Blacklisted or Red Carded ?  Heck, both is appropriate here.  Or is it "both are appropriate, hear" ?

According to Thai law (VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT B.E. 2550) neither should be named.

Section 9

Upon information under section 5 or complaint under section 6, no person may print, publish or distribute to the public by whatever means any picture, account or information likely to negatively affect the person committing the act of domestic violence or the domestic violence victim who is party to a case under this Act.

Any person who contravenes the provision of paragraph 1 shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than six months, or a fine of not exceeding sixty thousand baht or both.
