90 day reporting online / How?

I've spend ages on their site trying to "apply" to do my 90 day reporting online and I literally just keep going around and around and around in circles and always back to the home page. I've used Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge. What am I doing wrong? I've never done my 90 day reporting online, always in person. The instructions seem to be clear enough, but what is up with this site?

Have you made sure that pop-ups are allowed on your device? Took me ages to realize that my device was not allowing the Immigration pop-ups to appear.

@djayz small tip.

 

For subsequent online reports be aware that after you fill in first couple of fields (think it's name and pp #) you will notice small magnifying glass symbol..

Hit on that and all the rest is autofill.

It seems some people cannot do 1st time online report while others can. Is it just hit and miss? 

Not suggesting the OP is first time.

You can do it via Thai post also

works for me since the office is so far from my place

I found out today that for  90 days reporting in online, if you don’t have a TM 6, then you just type TM00000

this is in CM. You won’t be approved without this!

I'm pretty sure that there is no field to enter TM6 # on new online submission.

Many posts re having difficulty is often down to the address field.

Perhaps not matching up with what's in the system.

Leaving out room # or minor stuff. 

Fortunately after doing first one online the fields apart from first couple (name and pp #) are autofill.

The nice thing that CW does if your return envelope is B4, they return all your photocopies and blank TM47 form.

i know that first time, hou have to report in person, also once you delayed and get fined, you can't do online anymore, as they don't amend your record

Your first 90 day report can be done in person and also via mail.

there is no requirement for TM6 for online reports

New PP or new Address you have to go in person, after online is possible

How long are people waiting on 'pending' at the moment? 3 days so far last time rang up after 5 days and they did it same day., always used to take 2 before.

I my case 2 days pending, then rejected... ????
