As I'm about to sell my property and have some money lying about, the question Which is of the Thai banks gives the best interest

rates either on terms deposits or on call and with the easiest deposit/withdrawal conditions?

Interest rate aren't just rates, they usually come with conditions and restrictions attached and 

one need to know about them before he deposit his money with the bank.

Krungsri pay a higher rate for less deposits on MTD, under 100k 1% over and up to 2 mil 0.9. When I took one out it was well over 2%.
