Only if you misunderstand what The adverse events report indicates and what it doesn't indicate. Basically anybody can report any adverse health event that occurs after a vaccination. It doesn't mean that the vaccine caused the event just that it occurred subsequently. Epidemiologists monitored the raw data to see if anything looks suspect. If it does they subjected to statistical analysis to see if it shows significance.
Well, at least that's how it used to be. What with the recent slashing cuts at the CDC, who knows how that department has been affected.
