Do you have to go to get the final stamp the last day of your under consideration period? Or you can also go to the immigration a few days in advance?

On the date prescribed.

You could contact immigration to see if it's ready early.

Ok thanks for the answer

I went once a couple of days early and the IO looked at my passport and then asked me if I had received a phone call, and when I said NO. He said "come back on the day that is stamped in your passport"

Edit: And don't worry about it being late, I once received my stamp 45 days after the visit to immigration. You will not be on overstay.

Good point.

Some folk think that they need to obtain final stamp by certain date.

No.
