Two Thai suspects, 41-year-old Mr. Nattanon Kerdphuet and 19-year-old Mr. Nattapol Sopasak, were taken into custody by Bangkok investigators at 3 PM yesterday, April 18th, at the Makkasan Police Station. They were accused of using firearms without permission during the Songkran festival at the RCA complex, resulting in injuries to four innocent individuals, and violating the Firearms Act by carrying firearms in a public place without authorization.
