This is not correct, but there does need to be a grade 1 pharmacist on duty at all times to sell this, and that is rarer than one might think so not all pharmacies carry it. You need a large Thai pharmacy. Definitelytnot a Boots or Watsons and not a small place. It all depends on why you were taking them in the first place. I had been on aspirin some years and around 2010 a UK doctor suggested I should take warfarin instead, I politely declined. About 6 years later a Thai doctor said the same thing, and that the risk gets greater with age. again I declined the warfarin and after some consideration started on apixaban. At the end of the day it is all about risk, either taking the medication or not. Fortunately today in respect of blood thinning the options are a good deal wider than a few years ago.
