A teenager killed his 35 year old cousin and buried him in a field after a dispute before turning himself into the police.

Yesterday at noon, officers from Laem Chabang Police Station in Chon Buri and the Sawang Prateep Sri Racha rescue unit arrived at a field beside a corn plantation to discover the buried body near Nong Pang Phuay-Nong Khlacha Road, Moo 10, Bueng subdistrict, Sri Racha district, Chon Buri province.

The investigation began after the previous night when the 18 year old Om-rup-tepe came to the Laem Chabang Police Station and surrendered himself. The teenager confessed that he had killed his cousin, Yong, 35 years old, after an alcohol-fuelled dispute at a workers’ camp opposite the crime scene, Sanook reported.

Excuse me, DRUNK teenager. Let's get that straight. No, he wasn't stoned, nothing to do with ganja. Every report now involving drunken misbehaviour should emphasize that fact. Sick of the one in a hundred reports blaming weed.

Why is there always something to blame ie. drink, drugs ,whatever ,or could it just be its a violent culture here? when you have a low IQ violence seems to be the first port of call.
