Thai Police Chief unveils "Kwandao" initiative to bolster financial stability of police families

The Royal Thai Police Chief, known colloquially as "Big Den", in collaboration with the Police Wives Association, has introduced a sustainable income-generating project named "Kwandao".

 

This initiative facilitates the production and retail of various items at "Share the Love" stores, enabling police families to earn extra income.

 

Unveiled at the National Police Office's Personnel Development and Welfare Training Center on May 16th, the "Kwandao" project is an effort to boost morale among police officers by supporting their families financially.

 

The project focuses on product development, design, and skill enhancement, creating a range of everyday and special occasion items under the banner of "Sharing The Happiness".

 

Products include clothing, scarves, various types of bags, hats, pillowcases, tablecloths, and placemats, among others, reported Thai Rath.

 

The Police Wives Association, headed by Chairwoman Sumana Kittiprapas, is committed to improving the quality of life for police families.

 

In addition to the "Kwandao" project, they run various programs including the Share the Love Cafe, financial education initiatives, scholarship programs, and support for families with special-needs children.

What I would like to know is on such low salaries how come they have such large property portfolios I think I know the answer
