Currently on a 60 day extension based on marriage.

We have every document needed plus required funds in thai bank 2 month's plus .

Can I apply for non o based on marriage at local immigration office?

As opposed to Bangkok or changmai.

Yes.

You actually have to apply at your local immigration office.

 

You need 15+ days remaining on your permission of stay.

Longer at some offices such as CM

Once you have obtained non o based on marriage and have year extension.

Do you still have to apply TM 30 if you are away from Thai home and stay at hotel and obviously return.

BTW ...the 400k only needs to be in the bank on day of application for non O.

 

There is one rogue office (Jomtien) insisting on two months. 

Do mean 400k ?

No . And not even if you exit Thailand and reenter.

 

Which immigration office.

CM is one office incorrectly requiring TM30 for inter province travel.

Ridiculous really.
