snoop1130 Posted June 12, 2023 Posted June 12, 2023 Deputy national police chief Surachate “Big Joke” Hakparn announced today that the case reports against the alleged Thai cyanide serial killer Sararat “Am” Rangsiwuthaporn will be presented to prosecutors this week. Big Joke made the statement during a visit to the Correctional Institution for Women in Bangkok’s Bang Khen area, where Sararat is currently detained. Sararat is facing additional charges, having already been charged with premeditated murder and forgery in the case of Siriporn “Koy” Khanwong, one of her 15 alleged poisoning victims. Big Joke stated that Sararat faces similar charges in all cases, including premeditated murder, poisoning, forgery, and theft. The police report on the 15 cases is complete, and Surachate has consulted with prosecutors before finalising them. He emphasised that all charges against Sararat are supported by strong evidence. If found guilty, she could face the death penalty, although the court may reduce this to life imprisonment if she confesses. Until then, she is considered innocent. webfact Posted June 12, 2023 Posted June 12, 2023 Biggest criminal case in Thai history to be finalised, on Friday, against suspected serial killer by James Morris and Son Nguyen Suspected Thai serial killer Ms Sararat Rangsiwutthaporn has been dubbed Am Cyanide by Thai media after she was arrested in connection with serial instances of poisoning by cyanide. It is at the heart of the country’s biggest-ever criminal probe, with 80 or more charges to be filed against the woman with prosecutors on Friday. Ms Sararat is a prisoner at Bangkok’s Central Women’s Correctional Institution. It is thought the alleged female serial killer may be facing 80 or so criminal charges including additional counts of theft and forgery in addition to murder charges linked with some ฿78 million that passed through accounts controlled by her in what police allege to be a campaign of serial poisoning linked with financial gain and bank transfers over eight years. Thai police are liaising with prosecutors as they conclude their work in the case of Am Cyanide or Ms Sararat Rangsiwutthaporn which has gripped the country’s imagination since mid-April when the spotlight fell on the alleged serial killer following the mysterious death in Ratchaburi of 32-year-old Ms Siriporn Khanwong or Koi in April during the Songkran Holidays which was highlighted by a group of people led by Mr Rapee Chamnanrua and quickly snowballed into a national case generating a police response and a task force set up by National Police Commissioner General Damrongsak Kittiprapas. Deputy National Police Chief General Surachate Hakparn, on Monday, confirmed that the 15 criminal cases against the suspected serial killer, known by Thai media as Am Cyanide or Ms Sararat will be submitted to prosecutors on Friday. He thanked the dozens of officers involved in working on the case. Mickboy Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 For one that carelessly took other people's lives there can only be a quick death sentence.
cardinalblue Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 Don’t get plea guilty and get a lesser charge trial and punishment phases are 2 separate processes so why in thailand do they always 1/2 sentences not to go to trial… if guilty whether proven or admitted, the judge determines sentencing not before hand

But of course they don't care a f^ck.... 1
Stargeezr Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 Just a theory, but when I see a person with dead eyes, I think that they have lost their soul. After all what is the soul, and can you see it? That is my thoughts. Killers have no soul. Harvey 1
