What interest is VT paying? Is any work going on at VT6, VT7 and VT8? If not it would seem there must be a problem determining what the legal definition of 'shoreline' is in Thailand. What are you talking about??? VT6 is almost finished. The shell has been finished for months now. Completion date is now November, not December.
