webfact
A fatal road accident occurred in the central province of Samut Songkhram today, claiming the life of 38 year old Suriya, a member of a large motorcycle group on a southern holiday trip. The incident came about as a pickup truck, with 33 years old Nonthaphon behind the wheel, attempted to turn into a petrol station, inadvertently crashing into the biker. The road accident took place at 9.30am, when the bustling thoroughfare of Rama 2 Road, became a grim backdrop for the fatal crash. Suriya, a resident of Tha Sai, Samut Sakhon, lay lifeless, a good 60 metres away from his red and black Honda motorbike that landed near the petrol station. He suffered a broken neck and his body was riddled with marks from the sudden fatal collision. Suriya’s friends, who had also been on the ride with him, bore long-sleeved white t-shirts inscribed with the words “Racing Club” and stood by at the crash site awaiting official proceedings. by Nattapong Westwood A member of a motorbike group on holiday died in a road accident in Samut Songkhram. And damage to the car LHS door indicates the bike was passing on the LHS. "Undertaker side"
JeffersLos
Pickup suddenly pulled across the inside lane to enter the gas station without using the turn signal or looking? See it all the time here. They suddenly see where they want to turn off into from the outside lane, then suddenly swerve and pull across the inside lane without looking or using the blinkers.

Without any actual account of how the accident occurred we are both just guessing.

On the limited information available that doesn't seem to be a very nice comment on the death of somebody simply riding a motorcycle. 1

Absolutely, We had a clown coming back from Khonkaen the other day. They had missed their turn off so instead of driving ahead and making a U turn, they anchored on the brakes and reversed up the highway. You really have to be ' on the ball ' on these roads. Luckily, we are very steady and careful drivers and keep our wits about us constantly. You never know what a lot of these <deleted> are going to do. This is a result of buying driving licences and terrible driving skills.
thailand49
Clueless reporting the investigation as to what happened will be worse from the same school of driving.
