snoop1130
A by-election will be held in Rayong’s Constituency 3, after Move Forward MP Nakornchai Khunnarong tendered his resignation when his criminal past came to light. Nakornchai has already sent his resignation letter to the Election Commission. He was sentenced to eighteen months in prison 24 years ago for theft. He claimed he had believed that the crime for which he was convicted did not constitute an offence as stipulated in the Election Law. Popular Post tomacht8
Unlucky for him. If he were a member of another party, that probably wouldn't be a problem, considering the other figures hanging around in Parliament with a dark past. 6 1 2

If all MP's who have committed an offence in their past lifetime must resign, then Parliament would be full of empty chambers 6
