I often used Wemoto for bike parts when I lived in UK and was pleased when I saw they'd opened in Thailand, although I had no need to use them until recently.

 

I ordered some parts on 30/6 but they had no stock and ordered from UK. Once received in Thailand, the parts were sent to me on 9/7.

 

On 18/7 I contacted Wemoto by e-mail over non-delivery. Got an almost immediate response with a copy of the delivery company's tracking record showing showing delivery 10/7 - only that delivery never happened. I left it with Wemoto over the weekend and, as a result, the delivery was REALLY made today, 22/7. 

 

Once made aware of the problem, Wemoto resolved it very efficiently. All e-mail responses were in very good English.

 

Seems like a good company if you want bike bits.
