I have no friend named Richard, you must have got it wrong again.

A  Thai girlfriend  many years ago told me she had been raped   when  she was a teenager (19), I asked did  you report it to the police, she replied no, because Thai   people know that the police will never believe a  woman, or they are too  lazy to  do the paper work necessary
