I saw a vegan preparing a meal and they made sure each tiny bit was touched by them like they were fondling the food. They want you to eat what they touched with their fingers. I cook a spicy veggie soup, followed by a veggie salad and completed with fruit and various nuts in a six hour window, and apart from green tea that's it for the day. We are firmly against the beef industry so we do our best to kill and eat as many cows as we can, piece by tasty piece.
