Nowt wrong with a blowout but why does the rest of the world need to know about it? Just get on with it and perhaps post pics if anything interesting happened. He’ll be telling us what he had for breakfast next. Stroll on!

Fill your life with something else.  I loved a few beers everyday but started focusing on my health by starting a walking regimen. That was followed by healthy eating followed by doing meal preps followed by deep home organization gardening etc.  I lost 6 kilos in the past 5 weeks.  When I'm cooking with wine I'll have a half a glass but the beer fell to the wayside.  I feel great, I look better I'll live longer.  Start slow and build on it. You can do it.

im talking 100,000 baht, girls, booze, hotel rooms, paradise islands, swimming pools, new wardrobe,  music , bright lights, good food the lot. 
 

the divorce papers will be waiting for me on the dining table as soon as I get back home I’m sure. 

Go to an AA meeting, it's a blast!
