Officers from the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) embarked on a rather titillating mission at a luxury house in Bangkok‘s Lat Krabang district yesterday where they seized 18,000 sex toys imported from China. A Chinese man and his Thai wife were arrested for illegally importing and selling sex toys.

Inequitable distribution of income root cause of farmers’ debt – TTB Analytics

Dead Bryde’s whale towed ashore in Cha-am district for examination

The remains of a Bryde’s whale was towed by trawler to Cham-am beach, near a fishing pier in Phetchaburi province today (Thursday), after it was found floating at sea, about five kilometres from the shore.

The suspected gunman is seen on his knees as policemen approach him. The encounter took place at Siam Kempinski where the suspect fled to after the shooting spree at Siam Paragon.

 

The shopping mall shooting suspect called 191 to identify himself to the police as the perpetrator and to tell them that he was in a furniture shop on the third floor of the mall, wearing a black jacket, tactical style trousers and a hat and that he is only 14, according to Pol Maj-Gen Panop Vorathanatchakul, commander of the Patrol and Special Operation Division, which operates the 191 emergency call centre.

Phuket Tourist Police Help Lost British Tourist Return to His Hotel After a Memory Lapse

The Phuket Tourist Police told the Phuket Express that on Thursday (October 4th) an unidentified male British tourist asked the Phuket Tourist Assistance Center in the Phuket International Airport for help. He said he couldn’t remember the name of the hotel where he stayed or the location and had a memory lapse so had gone to the airport to ask for assistance.

Judicial penalty box: ‘Uncle Thotsaphon’ slapped with jail time and 70,000 baht fine

A Thai patient visited an entertainment venue in Chaing Mai and allegedly admitted to having a threesome with two foreigners, subsequently testing positive for mpox. The Lamphun Provincial Public Health Office confirmed the latest mpox case in Thailand yesterday, October 4, marking it as the province’s first recorded instance.

A rare blue snake, also known as a “Tiffany Blue” snake, was discovered by a 62 year old Thai woman in her backyard in Photharam, causing “hiss-teria” among her local community. The sighting, which has a one-in-a-million chance of occurring, coincidentally happened on a lottery day, leading locals to believe it to be a sign of good luck.
