Greetings, I am doing my online 60 day visa application USA to BKK. My travel booking and my bank statement (to get my name on there) are both 2 page docs. I remember in years past having trouble like this. Can I upload 2 pages for each item or must I use online software to miniaturize the 2 pages onto 1 page for uploading? Can you recommend a software/website for doing this?

Scan to PDF then use a PDF merger to have both pages on the same file. You can download a PDF editor (better not merge online if the docs are confidential). Usually the PDF editors will allow the use of the merger function free of charge.
