The Thai Labour Ministry has sent the DNA samples of 35 Thai nationals, who have been listed as missing, to Israel to assist in the identification of remains.

A Spanish man on trial for allegedly murdering his partner, a Colombian surgeon, has pled not guilty to some of the charges against him. According to an AP report, 29 year old Daniel Sancho Bronchalo, a well-known chef in Spain, pleaded not guilty to 2 charges at the Koh Samui Provincial Court yesterday, November 13.

The Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP) shared some good news on the discovery of a shocking pink millipede at the Hup Pa Tat limestone in the Pathun Mountain Non-hunting Area in the central province of Uthai Thani. The appearance of the arthropod is an indicator showing the area is abundant with them.

More Thai youth at risk of diabetes due to their eating habits

The number of Thais suffering from diabetes is forecast to increase to about 5.3 million in 2040,  from this year’s 4.8 million, with the possibility of an increasing number of cases among children and adolescents, according to forecasts by the International Diabetes Federation and the Diabetes Association of Thailand.
