Vaccines are an issue and some of them can indeed prevent death, e.g., pneumococcal, tetanus, rabies Covid vax is almost a relic these days and I doubt they have stock of the strain going round at the moment. One thing that has not been mentioned here in genetic susceptibility. For example, my wifeâs maternal aunt died of breast cancer. Weâre diligent about mammograms and ultrasound though we can seem to find breast thermography here. Any leads, gang? Get those annual physicals. Go to a major centre. Donât do it out in the sticks. Waddya expect? In both Bangkok & Chiang Mai, there are teaching hospitals. You may get a resident on a one-year rotation but, remember, the information is fresh in their mind. If there are anomalies, they will refer you to one of their professors.
