webfact
In a surprising turn of events, a noodle vendor in Udon Thani, Thailand, encountered a 3-meter-long snake while preparing to sell her goods. Startled, she locked herself inside her house before seeking help to safely release the serpent back into the wild. On November 29, local volunteers from the Udon Sawang Metta Dhamma Foundation responded to a distress call from the vendor's residence in Nadee Village, reported Daily News. Upon arrival, they found Ms. Sukanya Molkornlak, 32, frightened inside her house, unable to leave due to the snake's presence near her car, a black Nissan Armada with the license plate number KOR 7213 Udon Thani. Picture: Daily News The rescue team skillfully captured the snake, measuring about one meter in length, which had coiled itself in a pile of wood. The relieved vendor, Ms. Sukanya, explained that she believed the snake brought good luck. In her six years of renting the house, this was the first encounter with such a visitor. Inspired by the unexpected event, she plans to use her house number (62), the snake's length (22), and her car's license plate number to try her luck in the lottery, hoping for a stroke of fortune. Mike Teavee
Took the GF to a local place (She had a craving for Somtam) last Friday, place was really busy but there was a group of tables with nobody sat there so we sat at one... Waitress comes over, pointing at the ceiling saying (In Thai obviously) "Snake Snake", looked up & there was a 6ft Python that had made it's way to the middle of the rafter on the ceiling!!! City Council guys were called & after a 15 mins struggle managed to get it into a bag... ... Somebody had snake for dinner that night :) IMG_5701.mov Edited November 30, 2023 by Mike Teavee

bunnydrops
I'm sure it must be the photos, but to me, they don't look like the same snake in those two photos
RobU
why do the reporters feel it necessary to give the registration of her car? Totally irrelevant invasion of privacy
jacko45k
I might have had more interest in what type of snake it was moreso than the type of car and plate number.
