The post highlighted the disturbing behavior of the individual who, armed with either sticks or metal pieces, instills fear among those approached for money. Concerned citizens are now seeking intervention from local authorities to address the escalating situation.

Nus Nong, a 22-year-old market vendor in the vicinity, recounted her own encounters with the individual who, if denied money, would glare menacingly, resort to verbal threats, and even carry weapons.

i wish there was an organized body of people authorized by it's citizens to handle these kinds of matters. back home they call it police work.
