Popular Post Mika78
Maybe I'm wrong: but is it possible that someone, I think he was Indian, with certainly some days of overstay (but I don't know how many) managed not to be blacklisted for having presented the documents certifying that he was the father of Thai boys? I was also at the desk for 2 days of overstay and I remember that this man approached the overstay desk and, when he was notified of the ban on returning to Thailand due to the length of his overstay, after telling (but I didn't hear his story) and presented (I saw these) the documents relating to his paternity, after a few minutes he left with a smile and a thank you. Is it possible that he avoided the ban?

Dan O
Nope if he's on that that much overstay he's most likely done. Having other paperwork means pretty much nothing at that desk. 2
bbi1
You are definitely wrong. He surely got blacklisted. No special treatment just because you are a father of a Thai boy.

Perhaps he had an attitude of anxiety and contrition and was relieved to be able to depart without incarceration. Many lawbreakers in this situation believe themselves to be the victim when it's time to face the consequences of their actions.
Jenkins9039
Should have no immigration requirements if bringing up half Thai kids... Would resolve the demographic issue in a heart beat also lol
