Well, some of the differences -  between a small adult woman and a 10 year old girl - that you may be overlooking are:

 

- starting puberty and/or completing puberty!

 

- about 4-5 years of physical growth!

 

- half a set of baby teeth, lol!

 

- quite a lot of facial development!

 

- one of them is actually a child (biologically)!

 

- the other one just acts like a child, lol!

 

I think @NextG needs this biology lesson too.
