About Trump's wealth, I am not sure it is still the case as real estate prices have likely increased after the decrease due to the Covid pandemic. Anyway, difficult to know what his wealth is exactly, as you know.

So that article was written in September. Here is a more recent survey showing a slight improvement for Biden, though not a lot.
This poll was taken from 3,448 eligible voters. I am unable to see how many voters were polled in the Siena survey due to the paywall.
