The first person to make the facetious connection - as far as I know - between Jingle Bells and the common Thai pronunciation "Jinger Ben" was the widely read columnist M.R.Ayumongol Sonakul (Loong Ayu) back in the day. Benmore Scotch? If you can't get it in town there are places in the countryside not far from CM where I have seen it.
