Easiest way to cancel non b visa

Hi, 

 

Thanks for help. 

 

Work permit not yet received and my non b expires 8th Jan, how do I cancel so when I return from vacation outside of Thailand on the 6th I can enter and stay on a 30 day tourist visa?

As you have not yet recieved your work permit, guessing you are on a single entry Non-B, if so, just leave the country without a re-entry permit and it will be invalidated. Then enter visa exempt/waiver.

And to further clarify, nothing, absolutely nothing needs cancelling. (before someone jumps in and gives you spurious info).

Be aware that you can't get your work permit without Non-B visa or non-O based on Thai family
