The American people are just to ignorant to decide who to vote for. Now it seems we need the courts to decide for us. I can't be the only one who sees a flaw in this.

Trump is a nervous Nellie.

 

The Supreme Court will rule that a conviction for sedition is a requirement for disqualification. Alternatively, formally joining an army attacking the US would disqualify someone.
