Thai tax riddle: Elite Visa holders off the hook?
According to an article about three weeks ago, Thai tax lawyers stated it was against the constitution to access foreign accounts, and that to change this law would take years. I guess that is in place so all the rich people can salt their wealth abroad with impunity. -

16 yr old Thai registering business?
My Thai son setup his online business last year which is based on giving online services to Thais. He does it as his after school and weekend job while in high school, and plans to continue it through university. It's going quite well and earns him around 80,000 Baht per month, paid daily after he completes the service for his customers, which is transferred to his Thai bank account that we setup for him when he was a young child. He has a facebook page, Line page and webpage for the business. None of this is registered, which I think it should be. What is the minimum age for a Thai to register their own business, get a business bank account, and pay tax on, so everything is legal and above board? -

Polish Passenger Threatens to Bomb Plane Mid-air on Flight to Bangkok
UPDATE Polish Woman Now Faces Legal Action for False Bomb Threat on Danang-Bangkok Flight Thai authorities have confirmed on September 28, that the captain of flight VZ961, operated by Thai VietJet, has filed a complaint against a Polish female passenger following her bomb threat during the Danang-Suvarnabhumi flight on September 26. The threat triggered an emergency response, but no suspicious objects were found on the aircraft by the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team. Contrary to initial reports suggesting that the airline had not pursued legal action, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) clarified that the flight's captain had officially filed the complaint. According to the 2015 Act on Certain Offenses against Air Navigation, issuing false statements or threats related to bombs in airports or on aircraft is a criminal offense under Section 22 of the act. Police are now pursuing legal action against the woman for making a false report, which caused panic among passengers and crew. This offense carries penalties of up to five years in prison, a fine of up to 200,000 baht, or both. If the threat had endangered the safety of the aircraft, the punishment could escalate to 5-15 years imprisonment and fines ranging from 200,000 to 600,000 baht. CAAT also issued a reminder that certain words, such as “bomb,” “gun,” or “terrorist,” are strictly prohibited in airports and on flights, even if spoken in jest. Such language can incite panic or misunderstanding, leading to serious legal consequences for those involved. CAAT advised words to never in airports and on planes: - Bomb - Gun or Firearm - Terrorist - Dangerous diseases Passengers are urged to avoid using these words in any context, even jokingly, to prevent unnecessary panic and potential legal action. We can't say we weren't warned
Better to jaw jaw than war war talking to others and trying to understand their differing points of view is a good thing. Censorship of other opinions, closed ears and refusal to talk or even listen has lead us to where we are now closer to another world war than ever before and guess what its not Trumps fault 😋 -

2021 study - Majority of uninfected adults show preexisting SARS-CoV-2 antibody reactivity
The implications of this 15 March 2021 published study, which did not get the attention it deserved at the moment it was issued, are throwing cold water on the whole COVID narrative. Source: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33720905/#:~:text=Using an orthogonal antibody testing approach, we estimated that about and full study here > https://insight.jci.org/articles/view/146316 ... we estimated that about 0.6% of nontriaged adults from the greater Vancouver, Canada, area between May 17 and June 19, 2020, showed clear evidence of a prior SARS-CoV-2 infection, after adjusting for false-positive and false-negative test results. Using a highly sensitive multiplex assay and positive/negative thresholds established in infants in whom maternal antibodies have waned, we determined that more than 90% of uninfected adults showed antibody reactivity against the spike protein, receptor-binding domain (RBD), N-terminal domain (NTD), or the nucleocapsid (N) protein from SARS-CoV-2. ... We conclude that most adults display preexisting antibody cross-reactivity against SARS-CoV-2... = = = -
