Send recipe ???  This is the one I follow, sort of...

 

To speed it up, you can use ground pork, or last batch I make, I minced tenderloin to paste like, and added gelatin, since not having corn meal / polenta.  Actually worked pretty good.  

 

Next batch, IF doing same, I'll need to adjust the seasonings, adding more, as I went a little light, since last time I did it without corn meal, I used the amount of salt in recipe, forgetting no water or corn meal, so it was way over salted.

 

Actually couldn't eat it, and wife added it to her sausage/meatball mix, that diluted the salt content and was OK.  Now I don't add salt at all, and put on after pan frying it :coffee1:

Today I made a big pot of Lambs Fry ( or Liver ) with bacon and onion gravy ...Delicious ! and very high in iron to put lead in your pencil.

Not a lot of cooking today.

 

This morning we had a present from the PEA.

 

From 08:30 to 13:00 we had a total power outage.

 

The only good thing is that it gave me a chance to replace the solid sentiment water filters and I expect that they would not taste nice, cooked or not.

Poached Salmon and Asparagus Risotto for Lunch, Roast Chicken with stuffing for Dinner and a Lemon Drizzle cake after the old ladies of the Village demolished the last one.
