I have for past 2 x years suffered from Tremors in both hands & have tried medication prescribe by doctor  but very little effect. Does anyone know a Neuroligist in Khon Kaen that I can see,  as been  taking B12 tablets but little effect.

Go to one of the many main hospitals private if possible and seek their advice ie see a GP and get a referral. Good luck

I've found the After Hours Clinic (Thai: clinik nok wella) to be great. It's part of KKU                Hospital. 

I also have tremors but varies from day to day. I found that cutting down caffine helped.

 

 

 

I recommend you go to KKU Hosputal (Srinagarind) and try to see Prof. Somsak Tiomkao there through the special/after hours clinic

Unless you're unable to do so, I'd recommend widening your net and considering BKK.

 

 

If possible, I know I'd travel to my home country for treatment.
