Meals consist of Fish, some carbs, vegetables and Breakfast cereal with Greek Yoghurt and Fresh Fruit with Greek Yogurt. no red meat. You only have to look at the youtube channels showing so many fat adult people doing stupid things that they did as kids - but it goes very wrong and is hilarious (or sad).
