Wise, sending euros to buy condo, should I send by SWIFT so it is not converted in THB ?

With SWIFT tell them to use the message instruction: " remit as currency"to hopefully avoid it being exchanged into THB along the way - e.g. thieving correspondent bank used if your bank does not have a branch here.
