How does Buriram compare to Udon and Korat?

I haven't been to Buriram for many years. How is the city now compared to it's peers nearby?

Haven't been there, but I'd assume it's boring as <deleted>, same as Udon and anywhere else in Issan.

It does have the Chang race circuit, quite good from what I saw of it having done track days at many UK circuits. But my pickup Vs the BMW M3 I had in UK is probably not going to provide the same experience. Don't think they really push the track day experience...

Somewhere with something to do and with people around. Anywhere where there are beaches or the city life.

So, what you really mean is, Isaan is not for you. Even though you admit there are areas you've never been to.

Not they are "boring as <deleted>.

I, personally, wouldn't wish to live in a city or spend my days sitting on a beach. Others do. Each and to their own.

Having just spent last Sunday night in BR I can safely say that the place is way behind Khorat and even further away from Udon in terms of nightlife or even afternoon life.

Pre covid it was a buzzy little place but sadly no longer.

Sad to see it's fallen so far from what it once was as I had many happy days there pre covid.

I won't be returning anytime soon.
