Twice a day Never mind. I answered my own question. My Doctor has me taking well above what is generally recommended. I did have Vitamin D deficiency on my test results and I also have Type II Diabetes when he made the recommendation. The next time he checked Vit D levels I was at a proper level. Sorry Sheryl. Did you mean to say weekly? I take 5,000 IU daily for half of the year. My wife takes 10,000 IU daily. I've been takig 5,000 IU / daily for 6 months of the year for almost 10 years.
