Popular Post Lacessit
I do find the Trump fanboy fantasies entertaining, such as the proposition Trump is somehow more popular. He's not popular with 30% of Republican voters. They are saying they will vote for Biden. He's not popular with Nikki Haley, who refused to endorse him. He's not popular with the unions or the military. The Drake event was amateurish. He's not popular with women, after crowing about overturning Roe vs Wade. Presumably he is not popular with campaign managers who have no money to campaign with, after he looted contributions to pay his legal bills. He obviously was not popular with the multiple grand juries who indicted him. He's been boasting about his wealth for years. Genuine billionaires keep their wealth under wraps. Trump's "wealth" is a house of cards, waiting for the first puff of wind. The fact he can't raise $450 million for the appeal bond speaks volumes. My guess is when Letitia James starts seizing properties, she will find quite a few with so much debt they will be a drop in a bucket. "In Iowa’s caucuses — held the day before the trial began — Trump’s support among women exceeded his support among men, 53 percent to 49 percent, according to exit polling. In New Hampshire — the same week the jury awarded $83.3 million in damages to Carroll, 51 percent of women supported Trump while 47 percent supported Haley. If you have evidence of all these other people committing fraud please pass it on to the authorities. Trump's problems started when he paid off a porn star and another woman to keep quiet about affairs. His lawyer, Michael Cohen then lied about the payments. Trump threw Cohen under the bus. Cohen then testified before Congress and during that testimony he provided evidence that Trump would inflate property values for things like the Forbes list and deflate them for tax payments. No witch hunt, if he had kept his trousers on he probably wouldn't be in this position. 1 1
