Wow, I know Hamilton, we'd often go there on our way to Toronto. 

 

I guess this is a steel and Ford plant closure thing? Sad.

Nothing related to that. Same thing happening in Toronto where I have a place,

 

I go back almost every year and it gets worse every time. Last year there were no tents.
